Update on software development
We are currently incorporating our model and several algorithms into
software that will be available through licensing by Oklahoma State
University. This software is mostly complete as of October 7th, 2014.
This software will aid
the users in properly designing a P removal structure for their site,
or it can be used to predict the performance and lifetime of a
constructed filter. Below is an example of one of the input screens. Mr. David Webb of Florida, is currently obtaining a license and will soon be providing the service of P removal structure construction in that area.
If you would like to obtain a license/copy of the software, please contact Chad Penn. Also, if you would like help in designing a structure for your specific site, I would be happy to help in the design, assuming that you are able to provide certain model inputs.
